Refund policy
Full refunds available up to 24 hours before the event starts. Within 48 hours of the event, refunds are at the organizer discretion and may be issued as credit toward a future event. No refunds for tickets that have already been used (checked in).
Terms & conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Vilakku Music Night you agree to: 1. Arrival — please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. Latecomers may not be seated until intermission at the discretion of the venue. 2. Refunds — full refund available up to 48 hours before the event. After that, refunds are at the organizer discretion. 3. Photography — by attending you consent to being photographed for promotional use. 4. Conduct — disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. 5. Force majeure — in the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be issued within 14 business days.
